Senior Product Manager

Job description

EQUIP is redefining the gold standard of eating disorder care and enables everyone with an eating disorder to recover in their own home at a lower cost. Our comprehensive approach combines evidence-based treatment with the wisdom of people who’ve been there to treat individuals with an ED while providing cost savings to health plans and their members. Through our Health Plan partnerships, we work together to engage individuals and their family on a timely basis.
 

We’re looking for a seasoned senior product manager to join our team. You’ll be reporting directly to and working closely with our experienced Chief Product Officer.

You will work very closely with our Engineering team, leading Clinical team and get exciting exposure to our Cofounders.


In this role you will help us deliver on our first product launch with a major payor in Fall 2020. You’ll translate our product roadmap into well defined product requirements including features, user stories and acceptance criteria. You’ll project manage engineering sprints to ensure we are hitting our goals. This role has great leadership & growth opportunity.

 

Job requirements

We are looking for best-in-class Product Management leaders who have:

-Technical chops

-Proven track record of getting stuff done

-Strength with agile methodologies and scrum

-Translated product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

-Created & executed product roadmaps

-Successfully shipped SaaS and mobile products

-Collaborated with designers and engineers to solve complex problems

-UX experience/enthusiasm/interest

-Enterprise and Consumer experience

-Ruthlessly prioritized and maintained the sprint backlog

-Passionate about behavioral health

-Respected leadership

-Top tier critical thinking and problem solving capabilities

-Always make connections across complex ideas


Requirements:

BA, BS or MBA

Strong STEM background

Health care experience a plus
